What’s In Store at the V&A Wedgwood Collection

Join us every Wednesday for this exciting opportunity to discover what our curators and archivists are working on behind the scenes. A pattern book, a Wedgwood family letter or a selection of trial pieces by one of Wedgwood’s incredible artists, you’re sure to be amazed by what’s in store.

V&A Family Fridays: Fairyland Lustre wings

Delve into the whimsical (and sometimes spooky!) Fairyland Lustre designs of Daisy Meikeig-Jones, one of Wedgwood’s most iconic designers, and become part of her magical patterns with your wearable wings!  

The workshop will be self-led, allowing your family to explore the space and materials freely at your own pace. Experiment with different materials, textures and explore the galleries for inspiration!

Wedgwood Wednesday: Cabbage Crowns 

Need a new costume idea? This Wedgwood Wednesday, we are crafting crowns inspired by Josiah Wedgwood’s iconic cabbage teapot.  

The workshop will be self-led, allowing your family to explore the space and materials freely at your own pace. There will be friendly facilitators on hand to guide you through the steps of making your craft. Experiment with different materials and textures, and explore the galleries for inspiration!
